OK, part two in the howto guide is how to make a sweet pastry! Making pastry is not as difficult as some people think, the key is to have cold hands and not to overwork it! (take that frustration out on homemade bread instead). A pastry is a base to many dishes sweet and savory and what you can make with it is endless. Think Pies, tarts, quiches, pasty’s, sweet, savory and beyond. Once you’ve mastered the art of making a pastry the world is your cooking oyster! (yes i’m aware that cliche makes no sense :D)
So heres a quick video on how to make sweet pastry, this seems a really good video to watch as it explains, how to make a pastry really well, and it turns out i actually have the book that the video is advertising, and i can highly recommend it if you want to learn a bit more in depth about making defferent kinds of pastries and plus it has some really nice recipes in it as well !
